b & o is a salad dressing decanter. The dressing is mixed by twirling the decanter in-between your hands.
Dressing is dispensed by placing your finger on the small hole ontop of the lid and drizzling the dressing over your salad by removing your finger.
The lid is actually a pipette - it is hollow allowing it to fill up with dressing. When your finger is placed on the hole at the top, a vacuum is created - trapping the dressing in the pipette. When you finger is released the dressing drizzles out of the holes at the bottom onto your salad.
